   任职资格: 

1、英语要求CET-4以上，熟练使用word、Excel等办公软件；

2、具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力；

3、工作细致认真，谨慎细心，保密意识强；

4、能适应短期出差，具吃苦耐劳及敬业精神。

   工作内容: 
1、负责联系供应商，完成询单信息传递，参与供应商商务谈判，协助签订采购合同；

2、跟进订单生产及发运情况，做到信息反馈及时，保证及时交货；

3、完成进出口清关及相关国际性事务工作；

4、维护供应商档案，更新产品价格信息；

5、完成订单信息系统录入、登记手工台账；

6、完成部门报表、及时上交工作计划，

7、完成直属上级交办的工作任务。
