Your Tasks (工作任务)：
1. Acquisition Development and follow up all panel industrial sales projects
获得和紧密跟踪板材行业销售项目的信息
2. Product and technical solution sales for Wood-based panel industry (MDF, PB and OSB)
人造板产品（MDF, PB 和OSB）的生产设备/线和解决方案的具体销售工作
3. Chinese Panel Market analysis, potential Customer study, Contact and Customer care
中国板材市场分析，潜在客户的研究，沟通和日常关系维护
4. Collection of information for the existing technical and commercial quotations from the Chinese market
收集现中国市场上有关技术和商业行情方面的全部信息
5. Collection and Development of customized process production line/solutions in a dedicated team
对顾客订制的产品/生产线的信息收集和技术方案方面的耐心的咨询和解答
6. Business development both to the existing and new customers
维护现有客户关系并发展新顾客来开展销售业务
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS (你的条件)
1. Bachelor’s and /or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or wood technology (prefered)
在机械工程设计、工艺工程学或木材加工技术专业(优先）学士或硕士学位
2. Ideally relevant in the wood-based panel industry and experiences (prefered)
相关人造板工业专业和经验（优先）
3. Technical understanding together with the ability to provide a clear and comprehensive presentation of our products and technical solutions 有较强技术方面的理解能力，同时能够准确、清晰、全面地介绍我们的产品和技术方案
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer and sales-oriented attitude
较强的沟通和谈判能力，以顾客和销售为导向
5. Ability to convince and motivate customer results oriented
有说服和鼓舞顾客的能力
6. Fluent in written and spoken English or German
流利的英语或德语交流和书写能力
7. Ability and willingness to extensive travel nationally and internationally
能并且愿意频繁的国内外出差
8. Good in team work and also independent in all Sales and Marketing promotion activities
