报告人简介:
Prof. Hasan Jameel, Jordan Family Distinguished Professor of Natural Resource Innovation, Department of Forest Biomaterials,North Carolina State University. His reseach area includes Bioenergy and Biochemicals, Pulping and Bleaching Process Modifications, Process Modeling and Economic Analysis. In the recent five years, more than twenty projects were funded from government and industry, such as Wood to Ethanol Research Consortium, Biomass to Biochemicals and Biomaterials Consortium, Economics and Feasibility of Biomass Conversion of NC Biomass, Demonstration Biorefinery at Plymouth Mill for Rural Revitalization, Characterization of Lignin in Non-woody Biomass to Improve Enzymatic Hydrolysis, etc. He made more than fifty keynote presentations at ACS, TAPPI and AICHE meetings, and has more than two hundred publications in the SCI-indexed Journal, such as Bioresource Technology, ChemSusChem, Industrial Crops and Products, Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research, Holzforschung, Cellulose, and ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering, etc.
Hasan Jameel教授、博士生导师,乔丹家族杰出教授,美国北卡州立大学、自然资源学院、林业生物质材料系。主要研究领域包括生物质能源和化学品,制浆造纸过程优化,化工化学模拟和经济分析。近五年来,获得了美国能源部、农业部、北卡州等政府和工业企业的研究项目20余项,如木材转化乙醇项目、生物质转化生物化学品和生物基材料、北卡州生物质转化项目经济和可行性分析、生物质炼制项目示范以及非木质生物质木质素特性研究等。在ACS, TAPPI 和AICHE等国际会议中作学术报告50余次,在Bioresource Technology, ChemSusChem, Industrial Crops and Products, Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research, Holzforschung, Cellulose, and ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering等杂志发表学术论文200余篇。
